Danny Arulandu, owner and chef of Istana Malaysia, has over 35 years of experience in Malaysian cuisine and has represented Malaysia at an International Food Fair. Danny was a former chef for Hotel Equatorial in Malaysia for over twelve years and Wellington's Park Royal Hotel (now Intercontinental Wellington) for four and a half years, and has gained much recognition in his cooking career.
