Danny Arulandu, owner and chef of Istana Malaysia, has over 35 years of experience in Malaysian cuisine and has represented Malaysia at an International Food Fair. Danny was a former chef for Hotel Equatorial in Malaysia for over twelve years and Wellington's Park Royal Hotel (now Intercontinental Wellington) for four and a half years, and has gained much recognition in his cooking career. Danny and his chefs bring their experience and passion to every plate at Istana Malaysia for you to enjoy for last 29 years.
